We use green seal approved cleaning agents and equipment. Our cleaning program closely follows Green Seal's GS-42 standard for commercial and institutional cleaning services.
We provide a wide variety of cleaning services which range from house cleaning, office cleaning, location prep & wrap cleanings, special event cleaning, window washing and more to meet your specific needs. We uses only green seal approved cleaning agents and equipment. On request, we can use organic cleaning agents.

We make every effort to recycle or re-use any and all refuse we are called on to dispose. We also operate and maintain a Community Recycling Facility that is free to the public and open twenty-four hours, seven days a week.
We are working towards obtaining a low/no voc rating.
We provide light and heavy duty cleaning of filming locations.
We provide office and set recycling services.
We prepare locations for film companies to use as filming locations.
We restore locations after film companies have wrapped a filming location.
We provide sustainable waste management consulting services and implementation.
We offer low-cost food waste and yard waste composting.
Eco Green Clean offers comprehensive recycling services, including containers and mobilization. We only use eco-friendly, bio-degradable and non-toxic cleaning materials and compounds.

Landis is the General Contractor that built this incredible studio. Other "green" projects include the first LEED Platinum home in New Orleans, Global Green, and the Dillard Student Union which will receive a LEED Gold certification. Additional projects are underway.
