Sustainability is a core component of our company's mission. In addition to renovating our restaurant in a sustainable manner, we operate on a daily basis with special attention paid to reducing our environmental impact. This includes, composting, recycling, using real dishes, and biodegradable "plastics" for to-go orders. We are proud to say that over 95% of our companies vendors are local vendors, reducing our carbon footprint. We use local farm fresh produce and dairy with a focus on what is seasonal and fresh.
